"£500 reward; the Moonraker must be captured ... dead or alive!"
Swash buckling its way back into the stores is the 1958 classic 'The Moonraker' with some good ole fight scenes and a bit of romance thrown in for good measure. In case you missed it the first time around, you can grab it this time around for those cold February days under the duvet.
The story is simple; the civil war has ended two years ago and the country is split between the Royalists and the Roundheads. A £500 reward is offered for the capture of the Moonraker, the great Royalist deceptor, played by George Baker whose quick wit and speedy draw of the sword has kept him out of the clutches of The Roundheads.
'The Moonraker' is a great addition to the film collection, purchase your copy here. |
