The UP Box (Urban Picnic Box) has arrived in the city, thanks to its creators; Ines and Nick Alfille. UP Box offers a healthy alternative to your working lunch or breakfast with a selection of transatlantic dishes served in a Bento style picnic box, guaranteed to make your work time meals more exciting than ever.

For only £6.00 you get a locally sourced meal made with organic foods; health and the environment are major factors at UP Box. The cutlery is made of wood and the lunch boxes are fully biodegradable with recyclable plastic inner trays and carrier bags. For this set price you also get a salad, small dessert and a bottle of water... swanky right?

For breakfast you can opt for fair trade union coffee or tea, served alongside homemade granola, yoghurts, pastries and fresh fruit compotes - a great way to get the day started. For lunch you have the choice of five different lunchbox menus per day that offer delicious cuisines from 12 different countries, such as; Italy, Morocco, France, Turkey and Thailand.

UP Box is now open for breakfast on weekdays from 7am -11am and from 11.30am-2.30pm for lunch. If you happen to work in the St Paul's or Blackfriars area of London, you must give them a try.
